Celebrating My Birthday, Fellow Alopecians and My First (virtual) Visits to Africa!

Happy Birthday to ME! I was born on the night of a full moon at three minutes past midnight 54 years ago today -- something good was brewing from the beginning! "WHO KNEW?!" as my dad is fond of saying, the unexpected twists and turns my life would take to lead me to where I am now. The last few weeks have been full of the things I love -- traveling, connecting, sharing my books and message, spending time with family, seeing longtime friends and making new ones. Vibing on LOVE, JOY, ANDY GRAMMER, and GRATITUDE

  Happy Summer! I hope your season is off to a lovely start! Mine sure is and I'm quite certain it has something to do with the practice I put back in place this year of making daily gratitude posts. I did this for years and then stopped - it's important to notice when something becomes a chore versus an opportunity! This year I jumped back in and we're on Day 174-ish of the year. Beyond Common Sense Gun Laws ...The Law of LOVE

Happy June All! There is still a whole lot going on in our world and we sometimes need a reminder that it's not only okay to feel good, but that joy, happiness, gratitude, compassion, enthusiasm are high vibe-ing feelings, and help to lift not only our spirits, but the spirits of those around us! The world truly could use MORE JOY, MORE LIGHT and MORE LOVE!
